Who runs this
Mailroom Score is an independent virtual-mailbox directory run by Dave Newman. Questions about this page go to davesnewman@protonmail.com. That is the contact email already used for the domain. We do not publish a street address or phone number here.
The domain is mailroomscore.com. ICANN/WHOIS contact data is handled by the registrar, Vercel Domain Services. This site does not collect that information from visitors.
What we do not collect
This is a Vercel static site. There are no user accounts and no forms that store your name, email, or other personal information on our own servers. There is no comments section and no newsletter. We do not run a first-party analytics product — not Google Analytics, not Umami, not Cloudflare Web Analytics, and not a homegrown counter.
Ordinary host logs
Like most websites, Vercel and its CDN keep ordinary server logs when a browser requests a file. Those logs typically include an IP address, a user-agent string, and the URL. That is how a static host serves pages and debugs errors. It is not a Mailroom Score surveillance program, and we do not turn those logs into a product.
Affiliate click-through
If you follow a tracked link, the partner’s site can set its own cookies. We do not control those cookies or those sites. The live programs today are iPostal1 and VirtualPostMail. Applications for Anytime Mailbox and PostScan Mail are pending. Named programs, tracking URLs, and what a tracked link does not change are on the affiliate disclosure.
Google Fonts
The typefaces load from Google Fonts. Your browser requests files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when a page loads. That is a third-party request, not a font file we host.
We do not sell personal information
