Who runs this
Mailroom Score is an independent virtual-mailbox directory. Questions about this page go to hello@mailroomscore.com. We do not publish a street address or phone number here.
The domain is mailroomscore.com. ICANN/WHOIS contact data is handled by the registrar, Name.com. This site does not collect that information from visitors.
What we do not collect
This is a Vercel static site. There are no user accounts. There are no forms that store your name, email, or other personal information on our own servers. There is no comments section. There is no newsletter.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure visits. This runs by default. Those tags can set Google cookies and record ordinary page-use signals such as the URL, a coarse location derived by Google, and a browser type. We use that to see which pages are read. We do not use it to build a marketing list or to personalize ads on this site. After you press Allow cookies, we may also record Official page and outbound partner link clicks, including the destination and the page you were on.
A click on an iPostal1 or VirtualPostMail link also sends a note to this site at the moment you click. The note names the vendor and the path of the page you were on. It does not set a cookie, and it does not wait until you press Allow cookies. We write one server line with that vendor, that path, and the time. That line does not include an IP address, a browser name, or a cookie. Clicks on Anytime Mailbox, PostScan Mail, and US Global Mail are not sent this way.
Google’s gtag.js script may load on every page. Analytics storage is granted by default, and ads stay off. If you press Do not sell or share, use the footer control, or send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, analytics storage stays denied on this browser. We also clear any _ga cookies if they exist.
Ordinary host logs
Like most websites, Vercel and its CDN keep ordinary server logs when a browser requests a file. Those logs typically include an IP address, a user-agent string, and the URL. That is how a static host serves pages and debugs errors. It is not a Mailroom Score watch program. We do not turn those logs into a product.
Partner sites
If you follow an official page to a partner site, that site can set its own cookies. We do not control those cookies or those sites.
Fonts
The typefaces are Source Sans 3 and Source Serif 4, hosted as files on this site. Pages do not load fonts from a third-party font service.
Do not sell or share
We do not sell your name or email. We do not have a visitor database of our own to sell. Google’s measurement tags can still count as “sharing” under California-style rules because they send site-use data to Google.
To opt out, use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the footer or on the cookie notice. That keeps analytics storage denied and clears GA4 cookies on this browser. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) when your browser sends it. You can also email hello@mailroomscore.com.
