What this page is not
It is not a promise that every iPostal1 pin still answers the phone. Network maps churn. Franchise stores rebrand. We list a working set you can check in an afternoon, with the source on each row.
The UPS Store Bismarck index has two mailbox doors in two ZIPs. Neither lists Saturday ground. The day table lists Saturday air at 12:00 PM at both doors. A line above that table says Last Pickup Today at 5:30 PM at 1515 Burnt Boat Dr Ste C and 5:00 PM at 547 South 7th St. Those lines do not agree. Burnt Boat is open Sunday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. South 7th St is open Sunday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Sunday pickup is No Pickup at both. Anytime, PostScan, and iPostal1 do not name a Bismarck address. Fargo, Grand Forks, Minot, Valley City, Dickinson, and Mandan are not Bismarck rows. VirtualPostMail does not publish a Bismarck mailbox city.
Which mailbox product you are buying here
Company-run hub
A mailroom the company staffs. Bismarck does not get one we can name on a 585xx address. The rooms we can cite are VirtualPostMail in Covina, Claymont, Brandon, Henderson, and Keller, not Bismarck, and US Global Mail in Houston, New York, and Concord, CA. Mail handling is usually more consistent than a partner store. Banking / KYC and Google Business Profile grades stay F unless the vendor’s own documents say otherwise. KYC means Know Your Customer: the checks a bank uses to confirm who you are. Google Business Profile is the listing Google uses for Maps.
Store network / packing store
A retail CMRA. Counter, boxes, maybe a notary. In Bismarck that is a UPS door whose address block says Bismarck, ND. iPostal1, Anytime, and PostScan resell stores like these. None of those three named a Bismarck address on the pages we opened. Mail grade is the store’s. Banking / KYC and Google Business Profile grades stay F.
Office-building listing
A suite number an app sells as a professional address. Sometimes a real receptionist. Sometimes a mailbox behind a locked floor. Anytime, PostScan, and iPostal1 did not name a Bismarck suite. Burnt Boat’s address block includes Ste C. South 7th St’s address block does not include a suite. The example line at each door uses a mailbox mark. Do not assume a bank will accept a callback from a packing counter.
That split is the point of this page. A 58503 north Bismarck counter and a 58504 South 7th St counter share a city name and almost nothing else on the weekday truck. Sunday hours differ too. Those are two buildings, not one counter. VirtualPostMail’s published mailbox cities remain Covina, CA; Claymont, DE; Brandon, FL; Henderson, NV; and Keller, TX. VirtualPostMail does not publish a Bismarck mailbox city. VirtualPostMail does not publish a North Dakota mailbox city. US Global Mail’s cited core rooms remain Houston, New York, and Concord, CA. The article says four core locations and names those three. The article date is May 7, 2025. We do not add a fourth city the article did not name. Concord is not Bismarck. Houston is not Bismarck.
Scorecards for products that actually appear on this map
This is not legal advice. The grades below are product grades. They are not a promise a bank or the North Dakota secretary of state will accept the address.
iPostal1
Store network- C-
- Banking / KYC
- F
- Google Business Profile
- F
An app that sends your mail to a local packing store, a UPS Store, a coworking desk, or an office building. The local store handles the mail.
CMRA: Yes, every partner location is a CMRA
Anytime Mailbox
Store network- C
- Banking / KYC
- F
- Google Business Profile
- F
Same store-network model as iPostal1. Each store sets price and day-to-day handling.
CMRA: Yes, partner locations are CMRAs
PostScan Mail
Some company rooms, mostly stores- C+
- Banking / KYC
- F
- Google Business Profile
- F
Some rooms the company runs, plus a larger set of partner stores. The stores are independent.
CMRA: Yes, hub and partner addresses are still CMRAs for USPS mail
VirtualPostMail is a company-run hub we cite in other cities. It has no Bismarck mailbox on its published address pages, so its scorecard does not apply to the 585xx rows below. The UPS Store names a private mailbox on its own mailbox-services pages. Anytime, PostScan, and iPostal1 did not name a Bismarck address. You are grading the store. The logo on the app is secondary. Read the suite line on Form 1583. Form 1583 is the USPS form that lets the store accept mail for you.
Locations we can name
| Address | Area | Kind | Verification | What we know |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1515 Burnt Boat Dr Ste C Bismarck, ND 58503 |
North Bismarck | Pack-and-ship storefront | operator-confirmed |
The UPS Store Bismarck names 1515 Burnt Boat Dr Ste C, Bismarck, ND 58503 on its mailbox-services page. Private mailbox. The address block lists Ste C. The welcome sentence leaves Ste C off. Phone listed as (701) 751-6036. A second number, (701) 751-6037, is a fax. The page lists store6555@theupsstore.com. Directions say Located In North Bismarck Next To Orange Leaf Yogurt And Texas Roadhouse. Store hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The air day table lists 5:30 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM on Saturday. Saturday ground is No Pickup. Sunday air and Sunday ground are No Pickup. A line above the table says Last Pickup Today at 5:30 PM. Those lines do not agree. It did not list a walk-in mailbox dollar amount we could copy. North Bismarck 58503. Still a CMRA. We did not call the store.

Target | Pack-and-ship storefront | operator-confirmed |
The UPS Store Bismarck names 547 South 7th St, Bismarck, ND 58504 on its mailbox-services page. Private mailbox. No suite. Phone listed as (701) 258-0600. A second number, (701) 258-0601, is a fax. The page lists store5358@theupsstore.com. Directions say Across 7th Street from Target. Store hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The air day table lists 5:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM on Saturday. Saturday ground is No Pickup. Sunday air and Sunday ground are No Pickup. A line above the table says Last Pickup Today at 5:00 PM. Those lines do not agree. Weekday pickup at 5:00 PM is earlier than the 5:30 PM truck at Burnt Boat. It did not list a walk-in mailbox dollar amount we could copy. This is not 1515 Burnt Boat Dr. ZIP 58504. Still a CMRA. We did not call the store.

Two rows are operator-confirmed
Both rows rose to operator-confirmed because a UPS mailbox-services page names the address. Each address block says Bismarck, ND. No row on this table stays reported. A reported-only pin is not a recommendation. We do not recommend an unverified pin.
Two UPS doors, and Saturday ground is No Pickup
The UPS Store Bismarck names 1515 Burnt Boat Dr Ste C, Bismarck, ND 58503 on its mailbox-services page. Private mailbox. The address block lists 1515 Burnt Boat Dr, then Ste C on the next line. The example line on the page is “Joe Smith PMB XXX or # XXX 1515 Burnt Boat Dr Ste C Bismarck, ND 58503”. The welcome sentence says visit us at 1515 Burnt Boat Dr and leaves Ste C off. Both lines are on the operator’s page. This row follows the address block, which includes Ste C. We do not add a second door from the sentence that leaves Ste C off. Store #6555. (701) 751-6036. A second number, (701) 751-6037, is a fax. The page lists store6555@theupsstore.com. The directions say Located In North Bismarck Next To Orange Leaf Yogurt And Texas Roadhouse. We quote that line. The store-hours line says open 7 days. Store hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Notary hours match those store hours, including Sunday. The notary header says available 7 days. The air day table lists 5:30 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM on Saturday. Sunday air is No Pickup. The ground day table lists 5:30 PM on weekdays. Saturday ground is No Pickup. Sunday ground is No Pickup. A line above each table says Last Pickup Today at 5:30 PM. October 3, 2026 is a Saturday. The Saturday air row says 12:00 PM. The Saturday ground row says No Pickup. Those lines do not agree. We do not pick a clock. If the Saturday air row is the one you use, the truck leaves at 12:00 PM while the counter is still open until 1:00 PM. An open Sunday until 4:00 PM is not a Sunday truck. The mailbox services list includes the words 24-hour access (at participating locations). The hours list still closes Saturday at 1:00 PM and Sunday at 4:00 PM. We do not turn that product label into an open counter at night. The page says pricing for mailbox services will be dependent on a number of factors. It did not list a walk-in mailbox dollar amount we could copy. The page lists a holiday schedule. September 7, 2026 is closed. November 11, November 26, November 27, December 25, and December 31, 2026, and January 1, 2027, are marked regular hours. September 7 has already passed. A regular-hours mark on December 25 is what the page wrote. Call before a holiday. North Bismarck 58503. Still a CMRA. We did not call the store.
The UPS Store Bismarck names 547 South 7th St, Bismarck, ND 58504 on its mailbox-services page. Private mailbox. The address block does not include a suite. The example line on the page is “Joe Smith PMB XXX or # XXX 547 South 7th St Bismarck, ND 58504”. The welcome sentence says visit us at 547 South 7th St. That sentence and the address block agree. Store #5358. (701) 258-0600. A second number, (701) 258-0601, is a fax. The page lists store5358@theupsstore.com. The directions say Across 7th Street from Target. We quote that line. The store-hours line says open 7 days. Store hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Notary hours match those store hours, including Sunday. The notary header says available 7 days. Sunday opens at 10:00 AM here and at 11:00 AM at Burnt Boat. Those clocks do not agree across the two doors. We do not pick a clock. The air day table lists 5:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM on Saturday. Sunday air is No Pickup. The ground day table lists 5:00 PM on weekdays. Saturday ground is No Pickup. Sunday ground is No Pickup. A line above each table says Last Pickup Today at 5:00 PM. October 3, 2026 is a Saturday. The Saturday air row says 12:00 PM. The Saturday ground row says No Pickup. Those lines do not agree. We do not pick a clock. Weekday pickup at 5:00 PM is earlier than the 5:30 PM truck at Burnt Boat. Saturday air on the day table is 12:00 PM at both doors. If you use that Saturday row, the air truck leaves while the counter is still open until 1:00 PM. An open Sunday until 3:00 PM is not a Sunday truck. The holiday list matches Burnt Boat, including a regular-hours mark on December 25. Call before a holiday. The page says pricing depends on a number of factors. It did not list a walk-in mailbox dollar amount we could copy. The mailbox services list includes 24-hour access (at participating locations). The hours list still closes Saturday at 1:00 PM and Sunday at 3:00 PM. ZIP 58504. This is not 1515 Burnt Boat Dr. Still a CMRA. We did not call the store.
The apps we opened do not name a Bismarck address
Anytime Mailbox’s North Dakota landing lists one location, Fargo - 8th St S, at 19 8th St S, Fargo, North Dakota 58103, from $14.89/month. The address block says Fargo, not Bismarck. The same landing with a Bismarck search says no locations match your search. The older North Dakota directory URL opens a general locations page and does not name a Bismarck address. We do not turn the Fargo sticker of $14.89 into a Bismarck price. The Anytime pages we used did not include a Bismarck store phone or a Bismarck clock we could copy.
PostScan Mail’s North Dakota page links 19 8th St S, Fargo, ND. It does not name a Bismarck address. PostScan’s Bismarck city URL did not name a Bismarck address. We do not copy a Fargo plan onto a Bismarck door.
iPostal1 publishes a Bismarck city URL at ipostal1.com/bismarck-nd-virtual-address.php. On October 3, 2026 that page showed a security verification and did not name a Bismarck address. The Official page button on this page is the product, not a promise that the city URL lists a counter.
Goin' Postal’s locations page does not name Bismarck. PostalAnnex publishes a Bismarck virtual-mailbox URL. That page did not name a Bismarck address. The PostalAnnex Bismarck location URL did not name a Bismarck address. Pak Mail’s store locator did not name Bismarck.
Towns that are not Bismarck
Fargo, Grand Forks, Minot, Valley City, and Dickinson are not rows on this table. A door counts as Bismarck only when the operator’s address block says Bismarck, ND. If the address block names another town, leave it in that town. We do not relabel it as Bismarck, and we do not recommend it as a Bismarck pin. Fargo, Grand Forks, Minot, Valley City, and Dickinson stay off this page because their address blocks name those towns, not Bismarck.
The UPS Store North Dakota index lists city pages for Bismarck, Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks, Minot, and Valley City. Ten doors in all. Two of them are the Bismarck rows above. The Fargo index names 1100 19th Avenue N, Fargo, ND 58102; 3120 25th St SW, Fargo, ND 58103; 4302 13th Ave S Ste 4, Fargo, ND 58103; and 5675 26th Ave S Ste 104, Fargo, ND 58104. The Grand Forks index names 1395 S Columbia Rd Ste A, Grand Forks, ND 58201. Phone listed as (701) 775-2756. The Minot index names 1940 S Broadway, Minot, ND 58701. Phone listed as (701) 838-7870. The Valley City index names 323 Central Ave N Ste 101, Valley City, ND 58072. The Dickinson index names 387 15th St W, Dickinson, ND 58601. Each address block names that town. None of them says Bismarck. Those doors are not rows here.
Mandan stays off this page. The UPS Store North Dakota index does not list a Mandan door. The Mandan city URL did not name a Mandan address. Mandan is not Bismarck.
If the point is a company-run mailroom rather than a 585xx line, use a published VirtualPostMail mailbox city or a US Global Mail core room. A north Bismarck packing store and the South 7th St counter are not a Bismarck company room. There is no Bismarck VirtualPostMail mailbox city on the published list. There is no North Dakota VirtualPostMail mailbox city on that list.
Prices we will not guess
The UPS Store mailbox-services pages we used did not list a walk-in mailbox dollar amount we could copy. Each page says the price depends on a number of factors. Anytime’s North Dakota landing lists a Fargo door at $14.89/month and does not name a Bismarck address. That sticker is not a Bismarck price. PostScan’s North Dakota page does not name a Bismarck address. iPostal1’s Bismarck URL did not name a Bismarck address. None of the operator pages we used listed a Bismarck-only transit time. We do not guess one.
If you need banking or Google, stop shopping this table
A north Bismarck packing store and a South 7th St counter share a city name. Neither one is a bank operating address. A North Dakota limited liability company has to keep a registered agent and a registered office in this state. Service of process means accepting a lawsuit. The agent is the person or company that can accept a lawsuit. A mailbox holds paper. It does not accept a lawsuit. N.D.C.C. § 10-32.1-16 says every limited liability company shall have a registered office and a registered agent, in the manner prescribed by chapter 10-01.1. N.D.C.C. § 10-01.1-04 says that when this chapter requires a filing to state an address, the filing must state an actual street address or rural route box number in this state, and a mailing address in this state if different. We quote “street address” because that is the wording in the statute. The same chapter says the registered office is the address in this state of the registered agent and need not be the same as the principal place of business. The only duties of a registered agent under N.D.C.C. § 10-01.1-14 are to forward process, notice, or demand, to give the notices the chapter requires, and to keep the agent’s information current.
The Secretary of State registered-agents page says many business structures must maintain a North Dakota registered agent that has a physical address in North Dakota. It says a business may not serve as its own registered agent. It says a noncommercial filing must include a complete physical address in North Dakota. That page says “physical address.” N.D.C.C. § 10-01.1-04 says “actual street address or rural route box number.” Chapter 10-01.1 does not use the word mailbox, and it does not use the words post-office box. N.D.C.C. ch. 10-32.1 defines “Address” for a registered office as the mailing address, which may not be only a post-office box, including a zip code, or the actual office location. That definition uses “post-office box.” It does not use the word mailbox. The registered-agents page does not use the word mailbox. We quote all three. We do not pick a winner. We do not turn the post-office box line into a mailbox ban those pages did not write. The same office page lists the Secretary of State at 600 E Boulevard Avenue Dept 108, Bismarck, ND 58505. That is the office, not a mailbox on this table. A separate registered-agent scorecard is on the North Dakota process page. A 585xx address on Form 1583 is not a promise the secretary of state or a bank will treat it as your registered office or your KYC operating address. This is not legal advice, and it does not say a CMRA becomes your principal place of business.
A first paycheck is a different job from this mailbox. North Dakota takes state income tax from paychecks. Withholding, unemployment, and workplace injury insurance are explained on the North Dakota employer page. Google’s guidelines for representing your business say P.O. boxes and mailboxes at remote locations are not acceptable. A rented mailing address you do not operate from is not eligible. For Form 1583, start here and the USPS PS Form 1583 (June 2024) before you order checks. For which address banks actually accept, see the product comparison.
