Virtual mailbox in Houston, TX: company-run Upland hub vs store-network shops

Houston is where a company-run hub actually shows up on the map. US Global Mail staffs a room on Upland Drive. Austin does not get that. Most other Houston pins are store-network CMRAs. A CMRA is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency: a private business allowed to receive mail for other people. Those pins are packing stores and prestige suite numbers resold by an app. Start with the job. Then read the table.

Updated September 2026 · Verification key: operator-confirmed means the store or the company’s own page names this street. reported means we copied the street from a network map or an older list. We have not looked at every door.

What this page is not

It is not a promise that every iPostal1 pin still answers the phone. Network maps churn. Franchise stores rebrand. We list a working set you can check in an afternoon, with the source on each row.

Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, and the rest of the 770xx map are still store-network listings on the same iPostal1 Houston page and Anytime’s Houston landing. VirtualPostMail’s published Texas mailbox is Keller. The company-run Houston street we can cite is US Global Mail’s room at 1321 Upland Dr.

Which mailbox product you are buying here

Company-run hub

A mailroom the company staffs. The Houston street we can cite is US Global Mail’s room at 1321 Upland Dr. Mail handling is usually more consistent than a partner store. Banking / KYC and Google Business Profile grades stay F unless the vendor’s own documents say otherwise. KYC means Know Your Customer: the checks a bank uses to confirm who you are. Google Business Profile is the listing Google uses for Maps. US Global Mail still describes itself as a USPS-approved CMRA.

Store network / packing store

A retail CMRA. Counter, boxes, maybe a notary. iPostal1, Anytime, and PostScan all resell these stores. Mail grade is the store’s. Banking / KYC and Google Business Profile grades stay F.

Office-building listing

A suite number in a downtown tower or “prestige” floor. Sometimes a real receptionist. Sometimes a mailbox behind a locked floor. We mark these reported unless an operator page exists. Do not assume a bank will accept a callback.

That split is the point of this page. A 77043 Upland hub and a 77002 Main Street prestige suite share a metro and almost nothing else. VirtualPostMail’s published Texas mailbox remains 1710 Keller Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. We did not find a VirtualPostMail Houston company hub on their address index.

VirtualPostMail is a company-run hub we cite in Keller. It has no Houston mailbox on its published address pages, so its scorecard does not apply to the rows below. If two apps list the same store — Memorial, 43rd, Fountain View, Holcombe, and Westheimer appear on both iPostal1 and Anytime city pages — you are grading the store. The logo on the app is secondary. Read the suite line on Form 1583. Form 1583 is the USPS form that lets the store accept mail for you.

Not a store-network packing counter.

Upland hub vs stores you can call vs prestige floors

US Global Mail’s help-center list of self-managed core locations names Houston, New York, and Concord, CA. The Houston street they publish is 1321 Upland Dr., Houston, TX 77043. That is the one operator-confirmed company-run hub in this table. We did not invent a suite number. Their address article uses “Suite ####” as the assigned private mailbox. Their Houston marketing page and contact footer name the same street. It is still a CMRA. It can get a better mail grade than a partner store. It does not become a bank operating address because the company staffs the room.

Four rows rose to operator-confirmed because an independent store page names the street. That is the same bar as PostNet Austin or Miramar Postal Plus. POSTMARK MAIL publishes 9337 Katy Fwy Ste B on postmarkmail.org. It lists mailbox rental and a digital/virtual mailbox. It prints (713) 464-1233 plus hours (Mon–Fri 9–7, Sat 9–5, Sun closed as of September 1, 2026 PT). PostalAnnex Clear Lake names 16516 El Camino Real, promotes iPostal1 signup, (281) 480-6245, and Mon–Fri 9–6 / Sat 10–3 / Sun closed. Independently owned and operated. Postal Ship Store names 2404 Greenhouse Road, Ste D on its iPostal1 mailbox-rental page, (832) 321-4654, and M–F 9–6 / Sat 10–3 / Sun closed. POSTAL STATION 4U names 3403 W T C Jester Blvd, private mailbox rental, package receiving, and (713) 680-3028. Those are stores you can call. They are still CMRAs. They will not fix Mercury. They may fix “who do I yell at if the scan is late.” We did not call the stores.

The Anytime Houston landing is a five-row sticker set: Memorial Dr, 43rd St, Fountain View, Holcombe, and Westheimer 3733. Those streets stay reported. We only have network pages for them. Grade the store if you can name it. Do not treat a $9.99 sticker as a walk-in confirmation.

Prestige rows (Wortham Center 3rd floor, 1000 Main Suite 2300, 24 Greenway Plaza Suite 1800, 5850 San Felipe #500) are office-building listings on iPostal1’s Houston marketing page. A downtown suite number does not clear Mercury, Relay, Stripe Issuing, or Google Business Profile. Reported only — not a recommendation. Do not recommend these unverified pins.

Prices we will not invent

iPostal1’s Houston page repeats the national floors: $9.99 personal, $14.99 business, $39.99 virtual office. Individual pins are tiered Standard / Select / Prestige / Premium as listed on that page; we did not check out each suite. Retrieved September 1, 2026 PT.

Anytime Mailbox has a Houston city landing at anytimemailbox.com/houston-tx. The five location stickers on that page, retrieved September 1, 2026 PT: Memorial Dr US$9.99/mo, 43rd St US$9.99/mo, Fountain View US$9.99/mo, Holcombe US$9.99/mo, Westheimer 3733 US$9.95/mo. Those are Anytime landing stickers, not iPostal1 national rates, and not a promise the operator still charges that tomorrow.

POSTAL STATION 4U publishes small $15/mo and medium $20/mo on its own mailbox page. That is an operator-published walk-in mailbox price on their site, not a virtual-mailbox national floor.

US Global Mail’s Houston plan sticker is not a number we will invent from a city page. Confirm the live plan on their site. Their public marketing has listed a Scale plan from $49/mo annual — that is a national card, not an Upland-only rate we checked out.

If you need banking or Google, stop shopping this table

Every street above is a mail product. A prestige suite downtown does not change the CMRA flag. A Texas LLC filing can show a street the Secretary of State will accept for process mail; that is not the same as a bank operating address. This is not legal advice, and it does not say a CMRA becomes your principal place of business for KYC. For Amazon or Stripe occupancy, see the commerce page. For Form 1583, start here and the USPS PS Form 1583 (June 2024) before you order checks. For which address banks actually accept, see the product comparison.
