What this page is not
It is not a promise that every iPostal1 pin still answers the phone. Network maps churn. Franchise stores rebrand. We list a working set you can check in an afternoon, with the source on each row.
Georgetown 20007 and Tenleytown 20016 are still in the District. They are not downtown. Arlington and Tysons Office Evolution floors stay off this table. They are metro-edge Virginia, not a DC street. We did not find a PostNet Washington storefront (the official DC index returned 404). We did not find a Pak Mail Washington storefront on the official locator. We did not find a PostalAnnex Washington storefront on a location page we could open. We did not find a company-run Washington mail hub on VirtualPostMail or US Global Mail public marketing. Published VirtualPostMail mailbox cities we can name are Covina, CA; Claymont, DE; Brandon, FL; Henderson, NV; and Keller, TX. US Global Mail’s cited core rooms are Houston, New York, and Concord, CA.
Which mailbox product you are buying here
Company-run hub
A mailroom the company staffs. Washington does not get one we can name on a 200xx street. The rooms we can cite are VirtualPostMail in Covina, Claymont, Brandon, Henderson, and Keller, not Washington, and US Global Mail in Houston, New York, and Concord, CA. Mail handling is usually more consistent than a partner store. Banking / KYC and Google Business Profile grades stay F unless the vendor’s own documents say otherwise. KYC means Know Your Customer: the checks a bank uses to confirm who you are. Google Business Profile is the listing Google uses for Maps.
Store network / packing store
A retail CMRA. Counter, boxes, maybe a notary. In Washington that is H Street Northeast, Georgia Avenue, or a Capitol Hill UPS Store. iPostal1, Anytime, and PostScan all resell stores like these. Mail grade is the store’s. Banking / KYC and Google Business Profile grades stay F.
Office-building listing
A suite number on Eighteenth, L Street, Columbia, or F Street. Sometimes a real receptionist. Sometimes a mailbox behind a locked floor. The rest stay reported unless an operator page exists. Do not assume a bank will accept a callback.
That split is the point of this page. A 20002 H Street packing counter and a 20036 downtown L Street tower floor share a metro and almost nothing else. VirtualPostMail’s published mailbox cities remain Covina, CA; Claymont, DE; Brandon, FL; Henderson, NV; and Keller, TX. We did not find a VirtualPostMail Washington company hub on their mailbox address index. We did not find a Pak Mail Washington storefront. We did not find a PostNet Washington storefront. We did not find a PostalAnnex Washington storefront.
Scorecards for products that actually appear on this map
This is not legal advice. The grades below are product grades. They are not a promise a bank or the District of Columbia Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection will accept the street.

VirtualPostMail is a company-run hub we cite in other cities. It has no Washington mailbox on its published address pages, so its scorecard does not apply to the 200xx rows below. Gold Spot Pack and Ship and Mail, Ship & Print name iPostal1 on their own sites. You are grading the store. The logo on the app is secondary. Read the suite line on Form 1583. Form 1583 is the USPS form that lets the store accept mail for you.

Stores you can call vs prestige floors vs a hub in another city
Three Washington storefronts rose to operator-confirmed because an independent store page names the street. Gold Spot Pack and Ship publishes 712 H St NE, Washington DC 20002. Private mailbox rental is listed on the homepage and the mailbox-rental page. The store’s iPostal1 page names iPostal1. 202 544 0303. Hours published on the store site retrieve as of September 9, 2026 PT: Monday–Friday 10:00AM–6:00PM, Sat 10:00AM–3:00PM, Sun closed. Store iPostal1 page: monthly plans beginning at $9.99. iPostal1 Standard from $9.99. Anytime’s DC index lists US$9.99/mo. Anytime’s washington-dc landing also lists US$9.99/mo. Those are three stickers. The cited pages list those prices separately. H Street / Near Northeast 20002, not a downtown L Street tower.
Mail, Ship & Print Inc. names 6218 Georgia Ave NW STE 1, Washington DC 20011 on its homepage, mailbox-rental page, PostalBridge page, and iPostal1 page. Private mailbox rental. PostalBridge digital mailbox. iPostal1 digital mailbox. (202) 851-4910. Hours published on the store site retrieve as of September 9, 2026 PT: Monday–Friday 10:00AM–6:00PM, Sat 10:30AM–4:00PM, Sun closed. Store iPostal1 page: monthly plans beginning at $9.99. Store PostalBridge page: plans starting at $7.99/month. iPostal1 Standard from $9.99 with packing-store features. Anytime’s DC index lists US$14.99/mo. Anytime’s location landing lists $10.89/month. Those are four stickers. The cited pages list those prices separately. The store also publishes a US Global Mail partner page. That is a packing store reselling software. It is not a US Global Mail company-run room. Brightwood / Georgia Avenue 20011, not downtown.
The UPS Store Capitol Hill names 611 Pennsylvania Ave SE, Washington DC 20003 on its mailbox-services page and store page. Private mailbox. Real street address. (202) 543-0850. Locally owned and operated. The retrieve did not print walk-in hours or a walk-in mailbox dollar amount we could copy. Anytime’s DC index lists US$15.49/mo. We did not copy an iPostal1 Washington pin for this street. Capitol Hill 20003, not a downtown L Street prestige floor. Those are stores you can call. They are still CMRAs. They will not fix Mercury. They may fix “who do I yell at if the scan is late.” We did not call the stores.
Anytime Mailbox publishes both a DC index at anytimemailbox.com/l/usa/dc and a washington-dc city landing. Those pages disagree on which streets they list. The DC index is a seven-row set: 18th St 1930, Georgia Ave 6218, H St 712, Monroe St 1380, Pennsylvania Ave 1235, Pennsylvania Ave 1300, and Pennsylvania Ave 611. The washington-dc landing is a four-row set: Vernon St 1802, 50th St 4315, H St 712, and Wisconsin Ave 1510. H Street is the one packing-store street that appears on both Anytime pages and on an independent store site. We name which URL supplied the sticker. The cited pages list those prices separately.
The rest of the table is a curated subset of network pins, not every row on those maps. Eighteenth Suite 810, Eighteenth Suite B2, Columbia 1763, L Street 2001, Pennsylvania 1235, F Street 1319, Vernon 1802, and Wisconsin 1510 stay reported. A prestige sticker does not clear Mercury, Relay, Stripe Issuing, or Google Business Profile. Reported only, not a recommendation. Do not recommend these unverified pins.
If the point is a company-run mailroom rather than a 20002 line, use a published VirtualPostMail mailbox city or a US Global Mail core room. A downtown L Street tower pin is not a VirtualPostMail company room in Washington.
Prices the pages publish
iPostal1’s Washington page publishes a Virtual Mailing Address from $9.99, a Virtual Business Address from $14.99, and a Virtual Office from $39.99. Per-pin tiers we copied from that page: Standard $9.99 at 818 18th St NW Suite 810; 712 H Street NE; 6218 Georgia Avenue NW Ste 1; 1930 18th St NW Suite B2; and 1235 Pennsylvania Ave SE. Prestige $39.99 at 1763 Columbia Rd NW and 2001 L Street N.W. Suite 500. Retrieved September 9, 2026 PT. We did not check out each suite.
Anytime Mailbox has a DC index at anytimemailbox.com/l/usa/dc and a city landing at anytimemailbox.com/washington-dc. The index lists 18th St 1930 at US$14.95/mo, Georgia Ave 6218 at US$14.99/mo, H St 712 at US$9.99/mo, Monroe St 1380 at US$31.49/mo, Pennsylvania Ave 1235 at US$8.99/mo, Pennsylvania Ave 1300 at US$31.49/mo, and Pennsylvania Ave 611 at US$15.49/mo. The washington-dc landing lists Vernon St 1802 at US$14.95/mo, 50th St 4315 at US$9.99/mo, H St 712 at US$9.99/mo, and Wisconsin Ave 1510 at US$16.00/mo. A third Anytime location landing lists 1235 Pennsylvania at $11.89/month, 1930 18th St at $12.89/month, and Georgia Ave at $10.89/month. Those pages disagree. We name the URL. The cited pages do not publish one price between those figures. Those are landing stickers, not a promise the operator still charges that tomorrow.
Gold Spot’s iPostal1 page publishes monthly plans beginning at $9.99. Mail, Ship & Print’s iPostal1 page publishes monthly plans beginning at $9.99. Mail, Ship & Print’s PostalBridge page publishes plans starting at $7.99/month. PostScan’s 1319 F St NW Ste 301 location page publishes a starter plan at $10/mo. Those are operator-published prices on their sites, not an iPostal1 national floor. We name the URL. The cited pages do not publish one price between those figures.
If you need banking or Google, stop shopping this table
An H Street packing store and a downtown L Street prestige suite share a metro. Neither one is a bank operating address. A District of Columbia LLC filing needs a registered agent with a physical street address in the District. A post office box alone is not that address. A third-party mailbox is not that address. A 200xx street on Form 1583 is not a promise DLCP or a bank will treat it as your registered agent office or your place of business. This is not legal advice, and it does not say a CMRA becomes your principal place of business. For Amazon or Stripe occupancy, see the commerce page. For Form 1583, start here and the USPS PS Form 1583 (June 2024) before you order checks. For which address banks actually accept, see the product comparison.
