This disclosure is meant to comply with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides: if a material connection could affect how you read a recommendation, we say so in plain language, near the recommendation, and not only in a footer.
What is on the site today
Scorecards use a tracked URL when we have one. Those links are marked “Affiliate link.” Grades do not change because a link is tracked.
- iPostal1 — live tracking link. Public program terms still list 10% of mailbox rent up to 10 months, $50 minimum, paid by quarterly check.
- VirtualPostMail (mailbox and TruLease) — live tracking link. Public program terms still list 100% of month-1 if the account remains 30+ days and Form 1583 is verified.
These two are not live. Official marketing pages and public partner-program pages stay in place, labeled as programs we may join / pending approval:
- Anytime Mailbox and its affiliate program — Awin advertiser 61685, application pending. Public terms: $20 per renter.
- PostScan Mail and its affiliate program — Tapfiliate application pending. Public terms: $25 per referral, 60-day cookie.
- US Global Mail affiliate — invitation-only; we have not joined. Public page cites $50 individual / $100 business or 20% for six months, with a 60-day hold.
Tracked URLs live in affiliateTrackedUrl on src/_data/vendors.json. If that field is empty, the scorecard uses the official page. We will not mint a tracking ID to look approved.
What a tracked link does not change
The grade letters will not be replaced. If a paid relationship ever covers a specific page, that page will say so at the top, not only here. Commissions do not change the CMRA flag, Google’s virtual-office rule, or a ComplaintsBoard thread.
What we do not take
We do not sell placements in the scorecard table. We do not publish invented “editor’s choice” badges. We do not use fake testimonials. Prices, when shown, are attributed to a dated vendor page or a named 2026 review. We do not invent traffic, extra programs, or commission rates beyond what a vendor publishes.
