Virtual mailbox in Dallas, TX: Keller company-run hub vs Dallas store-network shops

Dallas is a store-network city. You can buy a 752xx street from an app. That street is almost always a packing store or a prestige suite number. It is not a mailroom the company staffs in Dallas. Most of those pins are CMRAs. A CMRA is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency: a private business allowed to receive mail for other people. VirtualPostMail’s published Texas mailbox is still Keller. US Global Mail’s cited Texas core room is still Houston. Start with the job. Then read the table.

Updated September 2026 · Verification key: operator-confirmed means the store or the company’s own page names this street. reported means we copied the street from a network map or an older list. We have not looked at every door.

What this page is not

It is not a promise that every iPostal1 pin still answers the phone. Network maps churn. Franchise stores rebrand. We list a working set you can check in an afternoon, with the source on each row.

Plano, Richardson, Irving, Fort Worth, and the rest of the 750xx / 752xx map are still store-network listings on the same iPostal1 Dallas page, Anytime’s Dallas landing, Anytime’s Texas index, and PostScan’s Dallas city page. We did not find a company-run Dallas 752xx mail hub on VirtualPostMail or US Global Mail public marketing. VirtualPostMail’s published Texas mailbox is Keller. US Global Mail’s cited Texas core room is Houston.

Which mailbox product you are buying here

Company-run hub

A mailroom the company staffs. Dallas does not get one we can name on a 752xx street. The Texas rooms we can cite are VirtualPostMail in Keller and US Global Mail in Houston. Mail handling is usually more consistent than a partner store. Banking / KYC and Google Business Profile grades stay F unless the vendor’s own documents say otherwise. KYC means Know Your Customer: the checks a bank uses to confirm who you are. Google Business Profile is the listing Google uses for Maps.

Store network / packing store

A retail CMRA. Counter, boxes, maybe a notary. iPostal1, Anytime, and PostScan all resell these stores. Mail grade is the store’s. Banking / KYC and Google Business Profile grades stay F.

Office-building listing

A suite number in a downtown tower or “prestige” floor. Sometimes a real receptionist. Sometimes a mailbox behind a locked floor. We mark these reported unless an operator page exists. Do not assume a bank will accept a callback.

That split is the point of this page. A 75201 Pacific Avenue suite and a 75244 Inwood packing counter share a metro and almost nothing else. VirtualPostMail’s published Texas mailbox remains 1710 Keller Parkway, Keller, TX 76248. Keller is Tarrant County. It is not a Dallas 752xx street. We did not find a VirtualPostMail Dallas company hub on their address index.

Still a mailbox, not a staffed storefront you operate.

Some rooms the company runs, plus a larger set of partner stores. The stores are independent.

CMRA: Yes — hub and partner addresses are still CMRAs for USPS mail

Official page

VirtualPostMail is a company-run hub we cite in Keller. It has no Dallas mailbox on its published address pages, so its scorecard does not apply to the 752xx rows below. If two apps list the same store — Inwood, Alpha, Preston 13101, and Northwest Hwy appear on both iPostal1 and Anytime city pages — you are grading the store. The logo on the app is secondary. Read the suite line on Form 1583. Form 1583 is the USPS form that lets the store accept mail for you.

Stores you can call vs prestige floors vs a hub in another city

Three rows rose to operator-confirmed because an independent store page names the street. That is the same bar as PostNet Austin or Miramar Postal Plus. PostNet Dallas publishes 11816 Inwood Rd on its location page. It lists mailbox rental and virtual mailbox. It names Anytime Mailbox and iPostal. It prints (972) 239-2112 plus hours (Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 10–2, Sun closed as of September 2, 2026 PT). Locally owned and operated. Mr. Parcel of Dallas names 18484 Preston Rd Ste 102 on mrparcelofdallas.com and mrparceldallastx.com. It lists private mailbox rental and virtual mailbox plans. It prints (972) 985-7427. That ZIP is 75252, far north of downtown. Collective Mail Station names 3406 Shorecrest Dr next to Love Field and lists virtual mailbox plus Form 1583 signup. Those are stores you can call. They are still CMRAs. They will not fix Mercury. They may fix “who do I yell at if the scan is late.” We did not call the stores.

The Anytime Dallas landing is a five-row sticker set: Inwood Rd, Alpha Rd 5955, Preston Rd 13101, Northwest Hwy, and Central Expwy 10440. Inwood is the one we can name on an operator page. Alpha, Preston 13101, and Northwest Hwy stay reported. We only have network pages for them. Grade the store if you can name it. Do not treat a $7.99 sticker as a walk-in confirmation.

Prestige rows (10440 North Central Expressway on Anytime’s landing, 1910 Pacific Suite 2000, 3838 Oak Lawn Suite 1000, 701 Commerce Suite 500, 4131 N Central Expressway Suite 900) are office-building listings. A downtown suite number does not clear Mercury, Relay, Stripe Issuing, or Google Business Profile. Reported only — not a recommendation. Do not recommend these unverified pins.

If the point is a company-run mailroom rather than a 75201 line, use Keller (VirtualPostMail mailbox) or Houston (US Global Mail). Do not invent a Dallas company room from a Pacific Avenue pin.

Prices we will not invent

iPostal1’s Dallas page repeats the national floors: $9.99 personal, $14.99 business, $39.99 virtual office. Individual pins are tiered Standard / Select / Prestige as listed on that page; we did not check out each suite. Retrieved September 2, 2026 PT.

Anytime Mailbox has a Dallas city landing at anytimemailbox.com/dallas-tx. The five location stickers on that page, retrieved September 2, 2026 PT: Inwood Rd US$7.99/mo, Alpha Rd 5955 US$9.89/mo, Preston Rd 13101 US$15.99/mo, Northwest Hwy US$9.99/mo, Central Expwy 10440 US$39.99/mo. Those are Anytime landing stickers, not iPostal1 national rates, and not a promise the operator still charges that tomorrow.

Anytime’s Texas index lists 18484 Preston Rd at US$9.99/mo and 3406 Shorecrest Dr at US$24.99/mo. Collective Mail Station publishes plans from $24.99 on its own site. Mr. Parcel’s mailbox-rental page publishes walk-in mailbox rental starting at $25/mo. That is an operator-published walk-in price on their site, not a virtual-mailbox national floor.

If you need banking or Google, stop shopping this table

Every street above is a mail product. A prestige suite downtown does not change the CMRA flag. A Texas LLC filing can show a street the Secretary of State will accept for process mail; that is not the same as a bank operating address. This is not legal advice, and it does not say a CMRA becomes your principal place of business for KYC. For Amazon or Stripe occupancy, see the commerce page. For Form 1583, start here and the USPS PS Form 1583 (June 2024) before you order checks. For which address banks actually accept, see the product comparison.
