What this page is not
It is not a promise that every iPostal1 pin still answers the phone. Network maps churn. Franchise stores rebrand. We list a working set you can check in an afternoon, with the source on each row.
Oak Park (603xx) and other Illinois suburbs still appear on Anytime’s Illinois index. They are not on Anytime’s five-row Chicago landing. The rest of the Chicago 606xx map is still store-network listings on iPostal1’s Chicago page and Anytime’s Chicago landing. We did not find a company-run Chicago mail hub on VirtualPostMail or US Global Mail public marketing. Published VirtualPostMail mailbox cities we can name are Covina, CA; Claymont, DE; Brandon, FL; Henderson, NV; and Keller, TX. US Global Mail’s cited core rooms are Houston, New York, and Concord, CA.
Which mailbox product you are buying here
Company-run hub
A mailroom the company staffs. Chicago does not get one we can name on a 606xx street. The rooms we can cite are VirtualPostMail in Covina, Claymont, Brandon, Henderson, and Keller — not Chicago — and US Global Mail in Houston, New York, and Concord, CA. Mail handling is usually more consistent than a partner store. Banking / KYC and Google Business Profile grades stay F unless the vendor’s own documents say otherwise. KYC means Know Your Customer: the checks a bank uses to confirm who you are. Google Business Profile is the listing Google uses for Maps.
Store network / packing store
A retail CMRA. Counter, boxes, maybe a notary. iPostal1, Anytime, and PostScan all resell these stores. Mail grade is the store’s. Banking / KYC and Google Business Profile grades stay F.
Office-building listing
A suite number in a downtown tower or “prestige” floor. Sometimes a real receptionist. Sometimes a mailbox behind a locked floor. We mark these reported unless an operator page exists. Do not assume a bank will accept a callback.
That split is the point of this page. A 60607 Taylor Street packing counter and a 60601 Stetson tower floor share a metro and almost nothing else. VirtualPostMail’s published mailbox cities remain Covina, CA; Claymont, DE; Brandon, FL; Henderson, NV; and Keller, TX. We did not find a VirtualPostMail Chicago company hub on their address index.

Anytime Mailbox

Same store-network model as iPostal1. Each store sets price and day-to-day handling.
CMRA: Yes — partner locations are CMRAs
PostScan Mail

- Banking / KYC

- Google Business Profile
- F
Some rooms the company runs, plus a larger set of partner stores. The stores are independent.
CMRA: Yes — hub and partner addresses are still CMRAs for USPS mail
VirtualPostMail is a company-run hub we cite in other cities. It has no Chicago mailbox on its published address pages, so its scorecard does not apply to the 606xx rows below. If two apps list the same store — Taylor and Michigan 332 appear on both iPostal1 and Anytime city pages; Montrose and Erie also appear on PostScan’s Chicago page — you are grading the store. The logo on the app is secondary. Read the suite line on Form 1583. Form 1583 is the USPS form that lets the store accept mail for you.

Stores you can call vs prestige floors vs a hub in another city
Five rows rose to operator-confirmed because an independent store page names the street. That is the same bar as PostNet Dallas or Miramar Postal Plus. Shipping & Beyond publishes 1440 W Taylor St on shippingandbeyond.com. It lists mailbox rental and digital/virtual mailbox. It prints (312) 226-0111 plus hours (Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 10–4, Sun closed as of September 2, 2026 PT). 4 Montrose Express names 4000 W Montrose Ave, mailbox rental and digital/virtual, iPostal1 on the homepage, (773) 725-7000, and Mon–Fri 8–8 / Sat 9–8 / Sun 10–6. My Mail Center names 332 S Michigan Ave STE 121 on mymailcenters.com and mymailcenter.net, (312) 922-1788, and Mon–Fri 9–6 / Sat 10–2 / Sun closed. SwiftLink Worldwide names 1 E Erie St on its physical-mailbox page. That page prints the mailbox as Ste 530 and the office / oversized pickup as Suite 525. Walk-in mailbox from $28/mo. Box access 7 AM–7 PM daily. My Mail Center Belmont names 2155 W Belmont Ave on mymailcenter.net and prints (773) 477-5600. Those are stores you can call. They are still CMRAs. They will not fix Mercury. They may fix “who do I yell at if the scan is late.” We did not call the stores.
The Anytime Chicago landing is a five-row sticker set: Taylor St, Warren Blvd, Michigan Ave 1449, Michigan Ave 332, and Adams St. Taylor and Michigan 332 are the ones we can name on operator pages. Warren Blvd stays reported. We only have a network page for it. Grade the store if you can name it. Do not treat a $9.99 sticker as a walk-in confirmation.
Prestige rows (1449 S Michigan, 318 W Adams Suite 1600, 680 N Lake Shore Drive Suite 110, 1021 W Adams Suite 200, 180 N Stetson 35th Floor, 211 W Wacker Suite 300) are office-building listings. A downtown suite number does not clear Mercury, Relay, Stripe Issuing, or Google Business Profile. Staples-tagged pins (111 N Wabash Ste 100, 1130 S Canal) are big-box counters on a network map, not operator pages we opened. Reported only — not a recommendation. Do not recommend these unverified pins.
If the point is a company-run mailroom rather than a 60601 line, use a published VirtualPostMail mailbox city or a US Global Mail core room. Do not invent a Chicago company room from a Lake Shore Drive pin.
Prices we will not invent
iPostal1’s Chicago page repeats the national floors: $9.99 personal, $14.99 business, $39.99 virtual office. Individual pins are tiered Standard / Select / Prestige as listed on that page; we did not check out each suite. Retrieved September 2, 2026 PT.
Anytime Mailbox has a Chicago city landing at anytimemailbox.com/chicago-il. The five location stickers on that page, retrieved September 2, 2026 PT: Taylor St US$11.99/mo, Warren Blvd US$9.99/mo, Michigan Ave 1449 US$40.00/mo, Michigan Ave 332 US$50.00/mo, Adams St US$14.95/mo. Those are Anytime landing stickers, not iPostal1 national rates, and not a promise the operator still charges that tomorrow.
Anytime’s Illinois index lists 4000 W. Montrose Ave at US$14.99/mo and 1 E Erie St at US$9.99/mo. SwiftLink’s physical-mailbox page publishes walk-in mailbox rental from $28/mo. That is an operator-published walk-in price on their site, not a virtual-mailbox national floor.
If you need banking or Google, stop shopping this table
Every street above is a mail product. A prestige suite downtown does not change the CMRA flag. An Illinois LLC filing can show a street the Secretary of State will accept for process mail; that is not the same as a bank operating address. This is not legal advice, and it does not say a CMRA becomes your principal place of business for KYC. For Amazon or Stripe occupancy, see the commerce page. For Form 1583, start here and the USPS PS Form 1583 (June 2024) before you order checks. For which address banks actually accept, see the product comparison.
